Belkin Components F5D7010 V4000 Driver. Belkin's download includes Acrobat Reader 5 and 6, a flash animation and launcher for the Reader 6 installer and an autoplay launcher. The actual setup and drivers are only 8meg of the 45meg download! Here is just that, minus all the bloat Belkin refuses to remove.
