SMC Networks, Inc. SMC Networks Technical Services 2102USB/ETH Driver. This is the driver for SMC's "EZ Connect USB/Ethernet Converter" model #2102. It has a digital signature affirming that it's been tested on windows (2000) platforms by MS and it hasn't been altered by old side sources. It should work with XP, but I haven't tested it as of yet.
