Put the two files in a folder called 3com NIC and then double-click the first file. A window will come up and press Y and when all files are unpacked, close the window. Do the same for the second file. When updating driver in the device manager, specify a location (wherever you put the files) and click ok. The driver files are then installed and you're done!
