Model: NX-16BT P/N 142640-403 IC UK022
Operating System: Windows 95 (Note: might work with other versions of this os.)
File: NX-16BTdrvr.zip
Comments:
This is a 16-bit ISA video card apparently mfg. around 1995.
Has both BNC and RJ-45 connectors (for thinnnet and 10BaseT).
Folders:
WIN95_DRV: Contains drivers for Windows 95, also seems to
work for Windows 98.
MaxTechNX16Config: Contains configuration/setup program which
communicates with the board. This setup utility is required
because the board does not have hardware jumpers, instead
requiring this DOS-window program to communicate with the
board for purposes of configuration (also selecting whether
to use the 10BaseT RJ45 or the BNC).
File "ReadMe1st.txt" gives more details on installing/using this adapter (based on my experience with it). If you have a spare ISA slot this adapter may work well for you. Now that I have it properly configured it is working well for me under Win98.
A DOS driver for this board is not included in the file set, but is (or was) available at vendor web site:
