Zyxel USB to fast ethernet adapter Driver. I found this driver on the Web. I think it came with my sprint dsl modem? perhaps. It's a Prestige Usb Adapter driver - USB to fast ethernet. It's working fine under winxp.Basically allowing you to turn a usb port into a network card.
