Mine is a EM1144-T. I installed on a Japanese PC98 machine with Windows 98 (Driver only lists windows 95.) For some reason I had to install twice. It should work on the first try though (read the readme.) Please note that Megahertz got bought by US Robotics who got bought by 3COM. Drivers are getting harder and harder to find. megahertz.com and mhz.com are no longer functioning sites.
