AMD Driver. This is a driver for Windows 2003 Server for AMD PCnet-Home Based Network Adapter (Generic). I couldn't find a driver for it anywhere so I made my own custom using Window's XP inf file, and windows 200's system file. It works great, got good speed, and it works perfect, as good as a real proffessional driver.
