Siemens Nixdorf OfficeLAN PCI 10/100TX Driver. There is pretty much no reference to this card at all on the internet, I was lucky enough to stumble onto a message board post. Downloaded these, and they worked fine in 98SE, though they're supposed to be for 95/98.

Back of NIC says Siemans OfficeLAN PCI 10/100 TX Fast Eithernet Adapter.

Has a sticker that says SD0581PC
