_____________________________________ This driver work extremely well on my wireless Netgear WG 311T PCI card for me. For the first time installation, be sure to install the software first before inserting the PCI card. After rebooting the computer, the window installation program will start for the hardware. Even though it says that this program has not passed Microsoft Windows XP testing. Just ignore the warning and continue with the installation. I can assure you that it should work fine. From what I heard, Netgear will get the Windows XP certification from Microsoft pretty soon.
