Bay Networks FA310TX Driver. This driver was requested by indeviduals at Driverguide.com. I happen to have this hardware, therefore the driver. this card is very picky when installing the drivers. if it doesn't work try again and again, every way you can. the best is to have the files on your hard drive before installing the card, so when it asks for the drivers the first time you can simply direct it to the correct folder. do not run any kind of driver "install" EXE just tell windows where to look.
