Davicom Semiconductor Driver. I finnally found the device drivers for this particular card. the one chip is a davicom (dm9101f) the Second chip is a via (VT86C100A). After a little research I found out it is a Acer ALN-320 10/100 base-tx Fast Ethernet pci adapter card.
