Other Companies Ne34 PCI - Winbond W89C940-PCI Driver. ne34pci Ethernetadapter running under Win2000 & Win XP (not tested with XP because my copy is still in the store -) )
File Contents: In Win2000 the "Winbond W89C940-PCI-Ethernetadapter" worked for me and I belive it is not suppoted in WinXP, so this ist the Win2000 driver. Should work in XP.
