Efficient Networks, Inc. Efficient Networks SpeedStream 3060 Driver. Am using this driver currently for Efficient Networks Speedstream 3060 internal DSL network adapter (although I still think it is a modem..but that is the way W98SE recognizes and installs it). Run enclean.exe first to remove old or corrupted drivers, then remove adapter from device manager, reboot, then install drivers when windows recognizes the device...Hope it helps.
