System will auto search the related drivers for UAE. Choose "floppy disk drives" [or wherever you downloaded and unzipped to] and click "Next". Windows gives the devices name; click "Next" to start file coping [sic; Maybe "copying"?]

To verify installation go to "My Computer", then "Control Panel", then "System", then "Device Manager" then "Network Adapters" and look for "Klsi USB-Ethernet Device Adapter.
