3Com 3C509 Driver. Unzip to a floppy. Shut down the PC, install the card. Start the PC, if autodetected point to the floppy you made for all the files it asks for. If autodetect doesn't work use add new hardware wizard and select Let me choose, then network adapters. Then select have disk and point it to the floppy again. Hope it works, cos it did for me after several minutes renaming the files I originally got from 3Com.
