File Contents: Critical firmware update for d2 and Big Disk FireWire 800 disk drives. Resolve issues with Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) systems and LaCie FireWire 800 drives only.
Also, updated firmware for older FireWire 400 drives. New firmware may improve performance. Older drives include original K525, Eko, and Studio drives.
Newer d2, Data Bank, Pocket, and Porsche FireWire 400 drives do not have to be updated.
