Arkmicro MI620 Driver. Driver for this is SetupIRDA1305.exe which needs to be double clicked. It came with iNext branded USB-IrDA adaptor. The installation CD was not working and I got this from the vendor after fruitless many hours of search and try on the net for workable drivers. I suggest with IrDA drivers of unknown origin, it is better to try one by one all available. Win OS support mentioned as on the box.
