3Com 3CCFEM556 B Driver. This driver is complete. Other 3CCFEM556B drivers on the web are missing files and they don't uncompress correctly. Extract the zip file to a folder on your hard drive. Insert the pcmcia card and brwose the New Hardware Wizard to the fem56bx1 folder. If the New Hardware Wizard can't find a file, browse to the win9x or win32 subfolder or to one of the other folders until it finds the required files. Reboot after it's finished. You won't be prompted, but I couldn't connect until I did.
