3Com 3CCFEM556 B Driver. This driver is complete. Other 3Com 3CCFEM556B drivers on the web are missing files or they don't uncompress correctly. Extract this file to a folder, let Windows detect the card, then point the New Hardware Wizard to the fem56bx1 folder. I think this folder contains files for disk 1. The Fem56bx2 is probably for disk2. I'm not sure about the fem56ixx folders. If a file is not found just browse the New Hardware wizard to to one of the other folders. Many of the required files are in the win32 or win9x folders.
