Dell Update Package for updating Broadcom NetXtreme II device drivers. A driver MUST be installed already to use this package to update. This package will not update devices if the intermediate (teaming) driver and/or the BACS Application are installed, this package is intended for use of updating installations that were done using Plug and Play or unattended installation. If your Broadcom NetXtreme II device installation was done using the Broadcom InstallShield Installer (setup.exe), this package will not update the drivers, you must use the Full Suite Release also available on this site.
