Broadcom Broadcom 440x Driver. After a long search for the network adapter Broadcom 440x driver for Windows 2003 server, I finally found this one, which is for windows XP but works fine in the 2003 server on my Dell Inspiron 8500
File Contents: Just unzip the file. In your device manager, double click the unkwown network adapter and on the driver tab click on update (or install) driver. On the next page, you can browse to the folder where you unzipped the files and the driver will be found.
