I emailed this zipped file to them and they were able to correct everything themselves, using this. Some of the files may not have been necessary but replacing them was the best way to ensure everything was fixed.
I originally picked these up here (at driverguide) but sometimes the instructions were unclear. With the instructions I've included with this file, it's a no-brainer. Please excuse the feeble attempts at humor amongst some of the instructions )
